I know AI is important, but where do I even start?

Start with pain, not technology. When I sit down with a new client, I don't ask "what AI tools do you want?" — I ask "what tasks drain your team's time, and where do you lose deals?" Every engagement begins with discovery to work to personalize your AI solutions, then we work to implement.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

I specialize in small and midsize businesses, the companies too big to ignore AI but too small to hire a dedicated AI team. That said, the principles transfer.
